Core Contractors News:

• March 23' - Preconstruction operations began for the Potomac Shores Rte 1 & Rte 234 Improvements Project.  This dynamic project is set to break ground Early April 23'.

• February 23' - Awarded a 220,000 SF Tilt-Up Warehouse Structure Project in Stafford Virginia.

• January 23' - Awarded the Potomac Shores Route 1& Route 234 Improvements Project.  This is the initial phase of a series of projects to improve this major intersection.  Core worked with the client for over 4 years in the development of the plans, budgeting and scheduling.  After several years of design build services, Core was able to successfully contract for this massive Civil Infrastructure project.

• January 23' - Achieved the Phase 1 Milestone delivery on the Darbydale project by delivering pads to the Builder.

• December 22' - Successfully achieved the Phase2 Milestone for Potomac Shores Landbay 9 Section 2 project

CURRENT CORE EMPLOYMENT NEEDS:

• Dozer, Excavator, Loader Equipment Operators

• Pipe Layers - Storm, Water & Sanitary Pipe Systems as well as Underground Detention Systems

• Foreman/Lead Supervisors - Earthwork/Grading/Pipe

• Project Assistant - provides to support the projects in a variety of ways

• Project Engineer -  supports the Field Staff and Project Manager(s)

• Project Managers - ability to manage multiple projects & multitask extremely well.
